Introducing Komo

Built for founders and leaders running at pace.

Komo is a 12-month performance system for founders and leaders. You get a full diagnostic, a personal operating system built across six pillars, monthly board-style reviews, peer pods, and on-demand access to a curated expert network. Everything in one place, designed to help you sustain high performance as your company scales.

Founders

You're a founder at $1M–$30M+ revenue, growing fast but feeling fragmented across health, relationships, and execution.

CEO/C-Suite

You’re a CEO or operator managing a big team, but your personal capacity is the bottleneck and you’re at risk of burnout.

Leaders

You’re a leader whose company outgrew its support systems, creating internal drift despite external success.

Komo Events

More than just a
networking dinner

Komo Dinners bring together 15–20 carefully selected founders, executives and investors for an evening of honest conversation and meaningful connection.

Each dinner is built around a single long table and a room curated for the quality of the people in it. We invite a guest who has performed at the highest level, whether they’ve built a significant business, competed as an elite athlete or taken an unconventional path worth learning from, to join us for a private fireside conversation.

But the speaker is only part of the evening.

The real value comes from what happens around the table: candid conversations about the pressure, trade-offs, setbacks and personal realities behind building businesses and performing at a high level.

Komo’s Founder Dinner Series brings together 15 to 20 founders, C-suite execs and investors for one evening of real conversation. No pitching, no name tags, no small talk about your last raise. Each dinner is built around a single long table, with a guest speaker, a founder who’s built something real, an elite athlete, someone worth listening to, sitting down for a short, private fireside chat before the room opens up. We run one dinner a quarter in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

The conversations behind
the highlight reel

Our first Komo Dinner series brought together more than 60 founders, investors and executive leaders across Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.

Each evening featured a high-profile guest, but what made the dinners memorable was the room itself.

People spoke honestly about what it takes to build, lead and perform over the long term, including the parts that rarely make it into LinkedIn posts, podcasts or investor updates.

The result was more than a collection of new contacts. It was a room of people learning from one another, sharing experiences and forming relationships that continued well beyond the dinner.
